This Privacy Policy explains how Oryeda ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our platform.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers (including cloud infrastructure and AI providers) operate. Our providers (AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) offer data processing agreements that include Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA/UK data transfers as part of their service terms.
What We DON'T Do:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Your data is never given to other companies for their own purposes — not for advertising, marketing, profiling, or resale.
What We DO Share (Service Providers Only):
To operate Oryeda, we use third-party service providers (cloud hosting, payment processing, AI services). Your data is processed by these providers according to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We select providers with industry-standard security practices and, where available, data processing terms that limit their use of your data.

Oryeda uses AI to understand your questions and explain results. To provide accurate analysis,we must transmit samples of your actual data to these providers.
What IS sent to AI providers:

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data you provide in Oryeda. If you upload files containing sensitive personal information (PII), health data (PHI), or confidential trade secrets,relevant portions of this raw data will be sent to third-party AI providers(OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) when necessary to answer your questions. We do not automatically redact or mask these results.
If you cannot share specific data with these third-party AI providers, DO NOT upload it to Oryeda.
We use AI services from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) to power certain features of Oryeda. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. Where possible, we configure available settings and enter into appropriate data protection terms (for example, data processing addenda offered by the providers) to limit how they can use your data and to require appropriate security measures.
We remain responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is processed in connection with Oryeda and have entered into data processing agreements (including, where required, Standard Contractual Clauses) with these providers. We configure available settings so that your data is retained only for the limited periods necessary to provide the services, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
According to their public documentation, these providers generally state that API data is not used to train their public models by default and may be retained only for limited periods for safety, abuse monitoring, or similar purposes. However, their practices and settings are ultimately controlled by those providers, not by us, so you should review their privacy policies for the most up-to-date details:
Enterprise plan customers can configure additional restrictions on what data is sent to AI providers. Contact us for details on compliance-specific configurations. Enhanced Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with additional safeguards are available for Enterprise customers.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify applicable regulatory authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR Article 33. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also notify you directly without undue delay.
You can delete individual data sources at any time. To delete your entire account permanently, contact us at support@oryeda.com. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Depending on your location (e.g., EU/EEA, California), you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@oryeda.com. We will acknowledge your request and respond within one month. In complex cases, we may extend this period by up to two additional months, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.
If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your personal data has been processed in violation of applicable data protection laws. When you connect third-party services (e.g., Shopify, Google Sheets), those services have their own privacy policies. We use secure authentication and protect any stored credentials. Review the privacy policies of any service you integrate with Oryeda.
Oryeda is an enterprise business tool intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will delete such information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of Oryeda after changes constitutes acceptance.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel for any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy.
